Noreen West

Noreen was born on March 3, 1953, daughter of the late Charles and Nora (Riley) Stever in Weekhawken, NJ. She graduated from Palisades Park High School and earned her Associates Degree from SUNY Morrisville. Many will remember Noreen from the years she spent working at the A&P in Norwich, and later NBT Bank in the loan department.

Noreen was a kind and loving mother and grandmother. Noreen was feisty and spirited. Those who knew and loved her will remember how her wonderful sense of humor and special quirks, always made them laugh. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.

Noreen is survived by her children, Walter Crist of Queens, Analesa West of Norwich, Marissa West of Norwich and Deirdre Crist of Oneonta, her sister and brother-in- law, Beverly and Harold Common of Moravia, brother Charles Stever and grandchildren Cody Travis of Oneonta and Norah Riley Crist of Oneonta.

Friends are invited to bring a dish to share and join us, for a Memorial Celebration in honor of Noreen, on Saturday, December 13, 2014, from 3 to 6pm at the Plymouth Fire Department.
