It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Jason “Spanky” Blackman on July 4, 2024. Jason was a beloved brother, uncle and friend who enjoyed spending his time outdoors wit hhis family and his furry friends.
Jason is survived by his siblings, Barbara Cole, Douglas (Vicki) Mayne, Andrew (Pat) Blackman, Jeffrey (Barb) Blackman, and Linda (Art) Gager; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Art Blackman and Jean Mayne; as well as his brother, Scott Mayne.
Following Jason’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral services. A celebration of his life will take place on August 10, 2024. He will be laid to rest alongside his many furry friends in the pet cemetery.
