Brianna Lyn Walter, age 24, passed away on November 22nd, 2022. Brianna passed away before her time and left a huge impact on the lives of anyone she knew, and will be the cornerstone of many memories for anyone that had the opportunity to know or work with her.
Bri was born August 19th, 1998 at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital in Syracuse to Jaymie Bowers. She graduated from Paul V Moore High School in Central Square, and received her Associates in Automotive Technology from Morrisville State College, with plans to soon return for her Bachelors. Brianna has always taken great pride in her years working as an automotive technician and always proving anyone who doubted her wrong in her field of work. She had also recently switched to working at NYCM and was quickly excelling in her new field.
Brianna is survived by her son Doc Homer Sands, her partner Wyatt Sands, her mother Jaymie Bowers, and her brother Kyle Walter.
Brianna loved going to events and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved trying to be the absolute best at every hobby she had. Whether it was fishing, offroading, paintball, or just enjoying the outdoors while hiking or kayaking. Brianna was restless in her desire to make more memories and make the most out of her life. She was ecstatic the day she found her 1988 Jeep Comanche that she planned on making better than anyone else's Jeep, and was ready to do more of her hobbies again next summer while bringing Doc along for as much of the adventure as she could.
She loved to personally touch the lives of anyone she cared about and was involved with talking to and solving the problems of every friend she had. In every conversation she had and every activity she did she poured in her passion and heart into every word or action. Whether it was giving a friend confidence or stating exactly how much love goes into making good garlic bread or chicken wing dip, or as she would often put it, “You measure that seasoning with your heart”.
A celebration of life will be determined soon with all friends and family being invited to talk to and share stories about Brianna. She will be buried at Glenwood Cemetery in Afton, and not a day will go by without her being missed by anyone close to her.
