October 2, 1954 - September 24, 2024
Roxanne “Roxie” Perrone, 69, of Norwich, passed away peacefully with her family by her side.
Roxanne leaves behind her three “greatest accomplishments”: children Karla (Timothy Beauchemin) Aliperto, Ross (Jennifer) Perrone Jr., and Gregory Perrone-Gilbert (Colleen Rusk).
She was a very proud and spirited grandmother to Erik (Mikaela) Thorberg Jr., Gabrielle Perrone, Taylor Thorberg (Antonio), Rylie Perrone, and Chase Perrone. Her heart belonged to Edward Blais, with whom she shared the last 15 years of her life. Her playful cat, Mitzi, kept her on her toes.
She is also survived by her brothers Michael Mahnke and Joe Bill Kuester, sisters Dawn (Timothy) Thoma and Bobbi Barron, along with many cherished friends and loved ones.
Roxanne devoted more than half her life as a CNA, caring for many during their final days. The stories she shared brings comfort, knowing she is now free from pain and in a more peaceful place.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 2, 2024, on her 70th birthday.
