Chinigo- Raymond Chinigo Sr. of Preston died Tuesday August 16, 2016 at Backus Hospital. He was the beloved husband for 48 years of Margaret (Zajdel) Chinigo. Raymond was born in Norwich son of the late Daniel and Gladys (Butrymowicz) Chinigo. He served proudly in the Connecticut National Guard . He was an auto mechanic and owned Chinigo Service in Preston for many years until his retirement. Besides his wife he is survived by a son Raymond Chinigo Jr. of Decatur Georgia, a daughter Lori Chinigo of Stuarts Draft Virginia and a grandchild Jayden Doyle. Mr. Chinigo was predeceased a daughter Susan Chinigo. Funeral Services and burial will be private.
