Growing up in the family business, Norwich Iron and Metal, Lorin attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a degree in Business. Years later, Lorin formed his own successful business, TRI-L Services.
He was a very generous boss, helping the ones who worked for him to have a better life.
Lorin was devoted to his family. He proposed to his like minded wife, Susan Lorinsky(Jaffe) after their 1st
couple date and they married 47 years ago on March 4, 1978.
He was a loving son to his parents, a wonderful father to his 3 sons(who majored in business) and his
daughter(Environment & Sustainability grad), who he would do anything for.
Lorin is survived by his wife, Susan, his children, Jesse, Jared(Jen), Corey(Liz), and Ashley(John),and his grandchildren, Anabel, Uly, Max, and Leo. Lorin is also survived by his twin nieces who he adored, Nicole Galo and Aimee Barrella, and his sister, Marge Kreschollek. He is pre-deceased by his parents, and his younger sister, Candi.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th at 10am at the Hebrew Benevolent Cemetery #3 in
Preston, CT.
