Kathleen J. Mrowka

and best friend for 34 years, passed away on September 4, 20 2022.

She was born in Norwich on July 14, 1949 and was the daughter of the late Stanley and Olga (Truchan) Kondratowicz.

On July 3, 1991 she was married to Peter Mrowka who survives her. Kathleen graduated from Norwich Free Academy in 1967 and worked for many years at the Norwich Dept. of Public Utilities. She then worked many years at us Foodservice of Norwich and then her final employment was at the Norwich Housing Authority.

Besides her husband she leaves behind her stepdaughter Kimberly Mrowka and a stepson Peter Jr.. and his son Zebulon Mrowka of Ledyard, Ct.

She also leaves her siblings, Sister Lyn Palazzo, brothers, Gary (Carol Jean), Brian, Stanley (Karen) and Daniel Kondratowicz. Nieces and Nephews, many cousins and their families. Her sisters- in -law and brothers- in- law Mary Ann and Thomas Tangari of Pawcatuck, Debra and Charles Mrowka of Oakdale.

She was predeceased by her brother Jim, Nephew Jordan Kondratowicz, many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law Dorothy and Lucien Mrowka of Colchester.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lakes Church 752 Norwich-Salem Turnpike, Oakdale Ct. on Wednesday September 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
