John “Johnny” was born in Worcester, MA on October 15, 1982 to Samay Saysana and Houng Saysana. He was raised in Gardner, Massachusetts where he attended Gardner High School. While at Gardner High School, he played basketball and enjoyed time with his friends. He would later move to Connecticut where he would begin his career as a games dealer at Foxwoods Casino.
John was a loving person and brought a smile to all those who knew him. Being a child of the eighties, he was fortunate to grow up with Saturday morning cartoons such as He-man and the Masters of the Universe and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He would always try to make you laugh; loved break dancing and listened to all types of music as shown by his many home mix-tapes.
He was very much a family man. He loved his wife Ashleigh and their son Wyatt, and his daughter MaKayla very much. He had five older siblings who will always remember him as their baby brother.
John is survived by his wife, Ashleigh (Pena) Saysana and their son, Wyatt of Montana; John’s daughter Makayla of New Hampshire; his father Houng Saysana; brothers Viengxay Vilayphone and Siam Vilayphone; Sisters Khanthary Rameau and Khonesavanh Thielmann, all of Massachusetts and a sister, Khaisamone Czartoryski of Florida, and many other relatives including nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
John was predeceased by his beloved mother, Samay Saysana (2013). He adored his mother and we find comfort that he is reunited with her in heaven.
A celebration of Life will be given at a later date.
