Elaine F. (Marcotte) Higgins passed away peacefully in her sleep after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her son, Toby J. Higgins(whom was her pride and joy) and his wife, Beth Ann H. (Allyn) Higgins, her sisters Alice Currier and Ray Arruda and Carolyn Hafner and her husband Robert Hafner as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Elaine was predeceased by her parents Norman and Flora (Bennett) Marcotte, her brother John C. Marcotte, a great nephew Collin Blanco, and her husband, the love of her life, William P. Higgins. Elaine was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed hanging out with family and good friends: family gatherings, picnics, swimming parties, and pudding shots! Elaine liked to joke around with those willing .The memorial service is on Saturday, October 24th, at 3pm at the Bozrah Centre Congregational Church 23 Bozrah St. Bozrah, CT.
