Deborah Ellen Beckwith

New London-Deborah Ellen Beckwith, age 71, of New London, passed away at her home on January 24, 2022. She was born in Norwich on April 16, 1950 to the late Carl and Dorothy Rudin. She was married to William Beckwith. He predeceased her in 2008.

Deborah is survived by a son Chad Jarvis and his wife Shannon of Oklahoma, a daughter Aimee Dean and her husband Mark of Voluntown, a step son Jeffery Beckwith and his wife Mary of Uncasville, a step son Chip Beckwith and his wife Daisy of California, and a step daughter Cori Beckwith of Norwich. She also leaves behind a grandchildren Kaitlyn Merchant and her husband Pierce of Griswold, Dylan Dean of Plainfield, Devan Dean of Brooklyn, Keryn Giguere of Seattle WA., Felicia Jarvis of Seattle, WA., and Spencer Jarvis of Kansas, great grandson Levi, and step grandchildren Sydney and Brooke Beckwith, and Hale and Harrison Beckwith-Allard.

Family and friends may visit Church and Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St., Norwich on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral home service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday with burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery, Salem Tpke. Norwich.
