William "Billy" Keith Scruggs Jr., age 48, of Bell Canyon, California passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. William was born January 9, 1973. Billy graduate Chiropractic school in 2004 and had his practice in Teluca Lake, California. Billy is survived by his mother, Michelle Scruggs; sister Anastasia Levin- Scruggs; Chris Scruggs; and 2 nieces, Alexandra and Sofia Aurora.
A visitation for William will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bastian and Perrott, Oswald Mortuary. A Trisagion will occur Sunday, August 29th at 7:00PM at Bastian & Perrott, Oswald Mortuary,18728 Parthenia St., Northridge, CA 91324. A funeral service will be held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, Monday, August 30, 2021 at 11:00AM. Committal to follow at Oakwood Memorial Park, Chatsworth, California.
