My heartfelt Sympathy to all family and friends around the USA and world. Cristy and I were penpals for many years. She will sadly missed by all.


Christy and I were penfriends from the age of 10 and 11.  We met in Plymouth, England. I am a Falkland Islander and was proud to have Christy for my friend. I'm so sorry to read of her death. Our thoughts and prayers are with all her family and friends 🙏❤

I remember Cristy as someone who’d do just about anything for just about anybody.  Quiet and thoughtful but sweet and gregarious.  I’m sorry to hear this news.  She was a wonderful person.

She was a dear friend and fellow governor of the TV Academy. My condolences to her family.

The first time I came to church with Joellen, I had an idea about the music, but I didn't know for sure 'til I sat in the front right pew and listened to (of all things) a pop song (wha? -- at church??) titled "Only Love".  Cristy sang it emotively, and the choir backed her up with a lovely arrangement by Baby Doll (= Joellen, for those of you who might not know Malibu UMC).  It was the most wonderful musical introduction to Joellen, to the MUMC Choir, to its musical possibilities -- and especially to Cristy.  Such a beautiful voice!  Such a talented singer.  I joined the MUMC Choir shortly thereafter, and we've had many ab-fab musical experiences since then.  However, that moment was -- and is and forever will be -- very special to me.  I'll never forget it, and I'll NEVER forget Cristy.  She always gave us vocal performances with all her heart and soul.  We've missed her voice, we've missed her singing (and the joy it brought her and us), and we all miss her greatly.

Cristy, I will miss you. My conversations with you were very rich and I felt as though I was standing the the Country you were telling me a story about. You would bring back material from different countries and then make skirts from it, I always asked what Country you were wearing! 
You were so generous with your talents and I have such respect for you in the Industry you chose as your career.
I will truly miss your singing. It was the highlight of my Sunday to hear you solo a song that you had created. I love your voice. 
You meant a lot to me in my years at MUMC.  See you on the other side.

Cristy was so wonderful, loving and generous to me. She reached out when I needed a hand and I'll never forget her and her kindness. Her memory is a blessing. Thank you Cristy. Travel safely into the next world. 

Cristy, you will be so missed.  Being State Regents together and enjoying the Mexico State Conference and Cruise will always be remembered.

So sorry to hear of Christy's passing. She and I served together as State Regents. We had many enjoyable talks!!! She will be missed.


Christy and I served as pages together for the California State DAR. She was a very hard worker and helped bring DAR into the video age. She will be missed.

I loved the Mexico State conference where I met Christy.  Such good memories of a great DAR lady.  She loved our Society.

I knew Cristi for many years as we both worked at CBS.  A dedicated and hard worker, as an Engineer in Charge she enjoyed her job and really loved "The Bold and the Beautiful."  We were both members of DAR.  The year that she was awarded the DAR National Award for "Outstanding Junior" we happened to be at the same airport, flying back to Los Angeles from the east coast.  She had worked so hard and was "over the moon" with her accomplishment.   I joined DAR much later, but will always remember her joyful, happy face while she shared her achievement and shared  information on her Award with me.  Rest in peace, dear Cristi.

I knew Cristy through our association in DAR.  She was a most talented lady, recognized by our organization as a National Outstanding Junior. Please accept my sincere condolences. 

As Chaplain of The Mexico State Society , I feel I speak for our sisters when I say it is so very sad to hear of Christy’s passing. We shall remember her and her family in our prayers. 

Cristy came to Australia with The Bold and The Beautiful and stayed with us. She was a lovely lady and fun friend. And a great supporter of the DAR. We will miss you Cristy, Charlene Bradley. Past Regent of the Capt James Cook Chapter, DAR.

I’m so sorry to hear this, I paged at Congress with Cristy, my first year paging she was named National OJ. She will be missed 

I am so sorry. Cristy served as State Regent at the same time I did. She was a nice lady. I am sure she will be missed. 

It was an honor to serve with Cristy in the Mexico State Society.  She was always so kind to Lilli.  Roman thank you for letting us know about Cristy.
