Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home Tuesday May 24, 2022 from 6-8pm. A private family burial service with Ron Bolton officiating will be held at a later date.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Moody Hallman and parents James Ulysses and Carra Mae Patterson.
Survivors include sons Leroy Hallman; Glen Hudson “Hud” Hallman (Chasity); Grady A. Hallman (Marna); sister Sara Patterson Morguson; grandchildren Mason Hallman, Tylan Perry, Raylee Hallman, Ryan Hallman, Reese Hallman, and McKenna Hallman; great grandchildren Grayson, Sydera and Skylar.
Jean was born in Mississippi and spent her life in Northport. She was a devoted Christ follower and a faithful member of Five Points Baptist Church. She has touched many lives through her service as a dental assistant at Patton, Patton, White and Patton. After retiring, she continued to work for Hallman Insulation from 1994-2022. She was a woman that loved to laugh and showed a fierce love for her family.
