Tim Fields officiating Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday December 31, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home. James ""Jim"" Cain was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Cain; parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.V. Cain; his sister, Stella Byars; and his brother, Frank Cain.He is survived by his daughter, Linda A, Cain; son, James E. Cain Jr. (Brenda); his sisters, Nadine Cain, Dot Thomas, and Ruby Hughes; grandchildren, Megan Chase, Allison Cain, Kendra Cain, and Cade Smelley; and his great granddaughter, Paige Chase.Pallbearers will be Tom Hughes, Jeff Hughes, Phil Thomas, Billy Rigsby, Nick Wintermantle, and Joseph Taapken.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, is directing.Condolences may be offered at www.sunsetbrown-funeral.com.
