Connie is survived by her husband, Don Michael Black; her daughter Candance (Steven) Wooten; and her son Chris (Windy) Black, her grandchildren Alex Black, Logan Wooten, Conner Wooten, Brandon Piccard and Kaileigh Piccard.
Connie was preceded in death by her father W.E. Stamps and her mother Wanda Stamps, her sister Patsy Stamps and her brother Sonny Stamps.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Macedonia United Methodist Church. The family will receive guests after the service. The final resting place will be at Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Born and raised in Northport Alabama yet in the later years she moved to Moundville where she worked for the City of Moundville water department. Connie always had a smile on her face and a generous heart. She loved her family and her little dog Willie. She loved attending Stewart United Methodist Church where she was a member.
