Passed away peacefully on March 12, 2009 at his home at the age of 88. Loving husband of May and loving father of Jim, Jerry, June and her husband Jamie Aitken. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Cody and Bill. Friends may call on Friday, March 13, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at York Cemetery.
