Suzy it's been 6 years since you left this world behind ,miss your beautiful smile and the sparkles in your eyes omg the laughter and the times we shared I will always cherish them .. till we meet again my dear friend RIP❤🙏

My Dear Suzy, 

You and I shared so much after we met at court reporting school, so many ups and downs. We struggled through school and became such good friends. After graduating, I was your ear and you were mine, all those hours and hours of talking/chatting/sharing that we did.  

And then I moved up north, but we still maintained that friendship and closeness that two people do when they have so much in common. I remember that your good friend and I share the same birthday and that yours and my sister's birthdays are two days apart. How ironic.

And then I moved to Edmonton and that's when we started to lose touch. No particular reason - distance, I guess.  We still always called each other on our birthdays though, except the last couple years I was there. Then I moved back to BC, starting out in Osoyoos.  I phoned and left you a message advising I'd returned to BC and gave you the phone number at the place I was renting.  I never heard back from you. I was only in Osoyoos for about six months. 

In March of last year I was in touch with my landlord from Osoyoos. He told me that in October or November he'd received a call from a friend of mine who was trying to contact me. He didn't have my current phone number to give you. He told me you and he chatted for some time. He couldn't remember your name.  When I spoke to him a couple weeks later, I asked if it was you.  He said yes, that's who it was. 

I attempted to contact you and that's when I learned of your passing. Since that day, there hasn't been a day that has gone by that I haven't thought of you. I have shed buckets of tears. We have so much to catch up on... we came so close. 

Tonight, on the anniversary of your passing, I raise my glass (Caesar - you and I enjoyed many together!) to you, Suzy, for I am so thankful that you were a part of my life. Thank you for enriching my life.

To your Mom and Dad, sister, brother and extended family, I offer you my heartfelt condolences. I am deeply touched and saddened by your tremendous loss.

To my Dear Friend Suzanne, I miss you so much, not only our talks, but your smiling face with those beautiful dimples, and your laugh.

I will always remember the laughter and the good times i got to share with such a sweet lovable caring person she was.RIP sweet Suzy.....
