Our beloved husband, father and grandfather died peacefully in North Vancouver after a brief illness. Steve was born in Drumheller Alberta, spent his school years and early married life in Calgary. Moving to North Vancouver in the early 70’s he spent his remaining years between Calgary and North Vancouver. He is survived by his wife Joan, daughter Deborah (Steve) Laleune, grandchildren Jennifer (Scott) Alexander, Carley and Bryson; son Stephen and granddaughters Christina, Carolyn, Stephanie and Monica; sisters Carol (Don) Boyce and Bonnie (Don) Hier. Our sincere thank you to everyone who sent their prayers, encouragement and support, and to North Shore Hospice for your wonderful caring and comfort, we are truly grateful.
A celebration of life will be held Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2 pm in the Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Rd, North Vancouver. Memorial Donations may be made to the North Shore Hospice, 319 East 14 Street, North Vancouver BC.
