Thoughts are with you at this sad time. Have good memories of  both your parents. Both our children were at Ross Road School when  Carol was librarian there and we would meet Gordon and Carol at Bob and Daphne Donaldson's home, and occasionally at the Pemberton Station Pub.! All good memories.

Dear Slight Family,
Your Dad’s eyes were the windows to his soul, a kind gentle man.
I had the privilege of working with Gord on various projects at BC Tel. 
As a young gal in the corporate world, I will always remember him as the wise father figure who helped me immensely with my  education on  telecommunication networks. He was so patient . We sure had some great chuckles. 
I hope you find peace, in time, with the fondest of memories of this delightful man.
