We are all saddenned by the sudden peaceful passing of Wes at the age of 91 years .Wes was predeceased by his wife Estelle of 61 years and his son Blair. He is survived by his son Wes (Les), daughter Michelle (Colin ) , grandchildren Amie(J.R), Mathew, Erin, Haley, Felicia,Ben and Carly (and their Mother Sue), great grandchildren Jaidyn and Taric, numerous nieces, nephews and longtime best friend Dwane.
Wes served in the R.C.A.F durring WW2 in Langcaster England installing radar into planes,then he worked for DeLaval selling farm equipement. In 1949 he joined I.B.M and had a distiguished career for 34 years and was fortunate enough to enjoy 32 years of retirement pursuing his passions of fishing, golfing and travelling.Wes was extremeley socially responsable.From his friends at the Lynwood Inn to the Executives of the Board he felt they were all equal and viewed them that way and treated them as such.His patience , understanding, dedication, committment and loyalty to all was exemplary.Our special thanks to The George Derby Centre where Wes resided the last 4 1/2 years happily under their exceptional care and loving ways.No service by request.
