Donna Lee Rose

Donna is survived by her much loved children; Lisa and Jake; grandchildren Remy and Rae; siblings Anyaa, Rob, Mark and Rene; and friend Tony.

Donna was born in Terrace, BC in 1953 and moved to West Vancouver with her family in 1965. Donna spent many years managing Roseway Travel a family business started by her mother and father.

Donna will be remembered as a caring and compassionate person that would drop everything to help family or friends in need. A proud grandma, Donna loved spending time with her grand children, white spot lunches were a regular occurrence and will be a cherished memory for Lisa, Jake, Remy & Rae. She loved to travel. Warm sunny vacations were often on her mind; Palm Springs, Mexico or Maui were a few of her favourite spots where she would enjoy soaking up the sun next to the pool with a daiquiri in hand. She loved spending time in her garden at home, always planting and maintaining new flowers or vegetables while enjoying the fresh air and listening to sounds of the birds chirping. Donna was often the life of the party and enjoyed spending time with her family and many good friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
