Ginni is survived by daughters Dianne and Djinnee, and sons Jeffree, Tore and Nils, as well as 9 grandchildren: Shane, Chimirsha, Lorry, Manuel, Nina, Hannah, Tatiana, Julia and Walter; and 6 great-grandchildren: Grant, Constance, Dean, Reed, Jenean and Jens. She was predeceased by husbands Paul DiMaggio, Eugene Turney and Bill Adams, and her grandson Stacy.
Ginni was passionate about fishing. She won numerous awards and recognition for her accomplishments, most recently the Lifetime Achievement Award from the West Palm Beach Fishing Club and Most Outstanding Catch of the 75th annual Silver Sailfish Derby.
Ginni authored 3 books: Cuban American Spy For Freedom (1981), Operation Truth (1988), and Castigado (2003). She also volunteered in many different capacities, among them: finding and protecting sea turtle nests for Save-A-Turtle Foundation, as an ombudsman for the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, and with the VA hospital in Riviera Beach. She loved traveling the world and learning about different cultures; the island nation of Tonga was a long-time favorite.
Ginni was laid to rest at sea in a private ceremony on February 26th, 2023.
