With heartfelt sympathies on the passing of Michael. What a shock. I knew Michael from Weeks Jr. High and Newton South High School. Have not seen him in many years, but kept in touch through facebook. I am so sorry for your loss.

Although it has been many years since we were in touch, we are saddened by the loss of Mike and our heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to his family, Rob and Susan Logan

I am so very sad and completely shocked to hear of Mike's passing. I wish to express my deepest condolences to all of his family, his friends north and south, and his colleagues. I have known "Mikey" for over 25 years, first meeting him when we worked together at C&C Yachts in Middletown, RI.  Over the years we didn't see each other that regularly as our careers took different paths, but we remained good friends.  He was intense, passionate and driven, but always had a great sense of humor. A loyal and fun-loving friend. I'm really going to miss him.

Rest in peace Michael.  I want to extend my sympathy to the entire Ferris family. I didnt know Michael well but always was aware of him in both junior high and high school.  He was very charismatic and full of life! So hard to imagine that he has passed away.

I wish to express my heartfelt sympathy to all of Michael's family.  I remember Mike as a beautiful, adventurous soul, may he find peace and love eternally.

Shocking and sad.  My deepest condolences to Mike's family.  He was a very nice man who loved his profession and family.  Mike will be greatly missed.

Mike and I shared a lot of history and experiences from 8th grade right through the years in Marblehead, we still stayed in touch and I sincerely regret not being able to pay respect at Saturday's service. My heartfelt condolences to family members I've barely met and the ones I've lost touch with over the years, as you all know Mikes passing leaves a void in our universe.

I was saddened to learn of Mike's sudden passing. What I remember from our high school days was his smile and voice. He shared his smile often. He touched many. My condolences and prayers to his family.
