Lyn L. Rivera

Lyn was born in Syracuse, New York on April 17, 1953.

She graduated from Cicero High School and continued on to receive a Master’s Degree from Case Western University.

Lyn was married to Enrique Rivera on May 12, 1979; they were married for 45 years.

Lyn worked as a clinical social worker for Wellington Psychological Associates, a private practice she and her husband ran. She worked there for 40 years.

She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, cooking and baking, walking, the Ballet, Opera, socializing with friends and caring for her family and grandchildren.

Lyn is survived by her husband Enrique Rivera Sr., her son Enrique Jr. and his wife Elizabeth Rivera, her daughter and son-in-law Lena and Jeffrey Anderson, her grandchildren: Jordan, Ava and Ella, and her sister and brother-in-law Kim and Robert Carpenter.

She is predeceased in death by her parents Donald and Shirley Ladouceur and her grandmother Irene Storie.

A Visitation for Lyn will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a Prayer Service starting at 4:30 PM at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center, 754 Us Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A Graveside Service will occur Friday, March 15, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469.
