81 of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and formerly of Harrison, New York died peacefully at home on July 23, 2017. Louise was a graduate of St. Gabriel’s High School in New Rochelle, NY. She was the daughter of the late Ludwig and Ruth Okon. She was preceded in death by her husband William S. O’Neill, her infant son William S. O’Neill, her granddaughter Amanda Fravel, her siblings Charles, Ruth and Anne. She is survived by her five loving children Marie O’Neill, Helene Leon (Michael), Patricia Rowe (John), Timothy O’Neill, William O’Neill (Terry); grandchildren Austin Rowe, Zachary, Timothy, Gabrielle and Sampson; her brother George Okon (Betty), sister in law Sumiko Okon, and many nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy of a lifetime, friends and neighbors who meant so much to her. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27th from 6:30-8:00pm, with funeral services on Friday at 10:00am, Howard-Quattlebaum Cremation and Event Center, 754 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach.
