Rick grew up in South Florida, where he lived most of his life. He married the love of his life and best friend Linda S. Johnson, on October 24, 1981. They settled in Palm Beach County where they raised four children and welcomed four grandchildren.
Rick was truly a jack of all trades and loved working with this hands. Throughout the years, he became a Master Carpenter, Licensed A/C and Refrigeration Technician, and a Licensed Home Inspector. He worked in the construction industry most of his life and his work can be found in many buildings and homes throughout Florida.
Rick also loved to be involved in his church and community. He had an extraordinarily big heart and happily helped anyone in need. Throughout his life he was a Deacon and R.A. Leader at Lake Park Baptist Church, Coach and President of Lake Park Little League, Head Umpire of Palm Beach Gardens Little League, achieved a Brown Belt with his sons at K2 Karate, and so much more.
More than anything, Rick loved his family with unrivaled passion. He enjoyed the outdoors and was at his happiest taking his family camping, fishing, to sporting events, and traveling. Rick was an incredible husband, father, Peepa, son, brother, and friend. He was the ultimate family man and was very involved in the lives of his children and grandchildren. He was always there for them by loving, teaching, guiding, and helping anytime they needed him.
