John Strazzullo, days shy of 89 years, passed away on April 5, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marianna (DeFilippo) Strazzullo, their two children, Marion (David) Jackson, John (Tina) Strazzullo, and 3 grandchildren, Scott, Craig, and Steven. A native of Queens, NY, John served in the United States Army from 1950-1052 during the Korean War. He worked for Consolidated Edison in NYC for many years before moving to Florida. An avid baseball fan his entire life, he supported the NY Mets whole-heartedly since their inception, attending as many games as possible. After moving to Florida in 1973, John worked in the insurance field until retirement. He adored his family, his little dog and constant companion, Kiwi, and his many friends at the Moose Lodge to which he belonged. A celebration of life will be held at the Moose Lodge located at 3600 RCA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens on April 30, 2017 at 12:00 noon.
