

Frank was born in Yonkers, NY on April 1, 1931. He graduated from Yonkers High School. In Frank’s early years, he enlisted with the United States Navy and served on the USS Willard Keith. He also spent 45 years as a butcher for the Grand Union and the Pantry Pride. Some of Frank’s hobbies included hunting and fishing.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Dolores Juliano; His son’s, Ralph, Anthony, and Alfred; His daughter, Dolores; his grandchildren, Christopher, and Angela; and great grandchildren, Anthony, Antony, Santino, Mia, Gabriel, Cayden, and Julian.
Frank is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Juliano, mother, Mary Rose Juliano, sister, Angela, and daughter Francine.
A visitation for Frank will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center, 754 Us Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A funeral mass will occur Friday, July 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 100 West 20th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 followed by a graveside service Friday, July 14, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S SR 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Dementia Society of America.
