Frances Eleanor Russo

Frances Eleanor Russo died December 24, 2018 at age 90. She was born on March 13, 1928 in Paterson, NJ, and had three siblings. After graduating high school, she married John A. Russo on October 23, 1947, and they raised three beautiful children. Eleanor and John celebrated 71 years of marriage before her passing.

Eleanor’s family was her life! She enjoyed making Sunday meals with all dishes being homemade. She lived for her family and was very dedicated to us. She was our caretaker. She loved teaching us how to cook, and loved her Bingo Bango, arts, crafts and dancing. She lived a life full of love.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 71 years, John A. Russo (aged 93); her three children Angela Scelba, Joanne Jablonski, and John Russo; her six grandchildren Marsha, Anthony, Melissa, Ariana, Johnny Jr. and Jennifer; and the pride and joys 11 great grandchildren Jason, Nick, Ben, Domminick, Evan, Aiden, Damien, Christian, Austin, Jonas and Eve. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Farnese; sister, Phyllis Latreccia; brothers, Joseph “Uncle DoDo” Farnese and Anthony “Tony” Farnese.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2019 from 3-6 pm, with 4 pm prayer service at the Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 754 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408.
