Carol Elaine Malon

On October 10, 2014, Carol Malon suddenly went to be with the Lord. She is joining her beloved husband, Richard Malon; her sister, June Stade; her parents; and many friends in heaven where we know she is rejoicing. Carol was 86 years old. She is survived by her son and wife, Mark and Michele Malon; her daughter and husband, Allen and Beth Haas; and four grandchildren who she dearly loved.

Carol grew up in the “windy city” of Chicago, IL . As an original resident of North Palm Beach and a founding member of Faith Lutheran Church, she enjoyed watching the area grow over 50 years. She is a well-known watercolor artist who has her artwork displayed throughout South Florida including the Good Samaritan Breast Cancer center, First Presbyterian Church, and many homes around the world. She always noted that her talents were a gift from God and enjoyed using this talent, and teaching others to paint. She was a lot and she will be missed.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14 from 5-7pm at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15 at 11am at First Presbyterian Church, 717 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. The family requests flowers sent for the service to celebrate Carol’s love of flowers.
