Born in Gordon West Virginia to Chester A. Jasper and Ester R. Jasper the seventh son of a seventh son. Raised in Maryland by Charles & Ester Collier. Stationed in Hawaii from 1956 – 1960 as a proud Marine. Resided in Palm Beach County for over 48 years. Presided over the North Palm Beach Area Jaycees upon his return. Was a proud “Bread Man” for Flowers Baking Company. Beloved Golfer and Member of Royal Palm Beach Baptist Church.
Survived by Brothers Bill J. Jasper of PA and Richard Jasper of MD and Joe Collier of MD and Sisters Pioneer Senterfitt of FL and Virginia Hampton of PA; 3 loving daughters Jill (Chris) Mellender of Lake Villa, IL; Joy (Paul) Jasper-Moore of Jupitor, Fl; Jan Jasper of La Quinta, CA; Grand Kids Chris & Josh Mellender of Chicago, IL; Michael & Sophia Perez of La Quinta, CA

Viewing will be held May 27th, 2012 from 1 to 2 pm and Services from 2 to 3 pm at Howard Price Funeral Home, 754 US Hwy 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A Celebration of his life will be held at 3:30 pm at Grace Immanual Bible Church, 17475 Jonathan Dr. , Jupiter, Fl 33477.
