To Sis. Susie’s family (forgive my lateness in posting a comment - I was traveling out of the country.) Every time I saw Sis. Minor she was full of love and always had a beautiful smile. I respected her commitment to the Lord and her family. I thank God for the fellowship that we’ve shared with so many of her children and grandchildren. Her daughter, Rev. Priscilla Minor-Thoms (our Children’s minister) is a tribute to Sis. Susie’s diligence to  raise her children In the fear and the love of the Lord. Praying for the family always,

Broken for not being in attendance to celebrate the homegoing of my beloved “Momma Susie”. So honored to have been called one of your sons and happy  to have held the hand of your youngest baby girl, then to play a parental role in adding five more to your great host of grands.
 I was always in awe of the  loving longevity of the exemplary marriage between you and my good buddy & father n’ law “Dad George” - SIXTY plus years of a tested testimony...WOW.
Remembering your repeated admonishment to read and study God’s Word - I recall in my most anxious moments, the verse you used to recite to me ~ Psalm 138:8 “The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me..” 
You can now rest and be encouraged even in heaven that all of your teaching and fervent prayers for us all..will never be in vain. 🙏
And O Yes...you shall forever be “Grandma Nanna”  to Keysha’s Klan (Solomon Supreme Servhant Sapraise Superb )😊. 
I Loved how you made all & each one of your grands feel like they were your favorite - not one ever felt less or left out of your great bosom of “grand love”. Our children’s hearts are full of hope for that which you deposited in their mother is for certain ‘to be continued’...for the anticipated ‘grand time’ when they themselves have children of their own~

Mama Susie was my spiritual mother in law a strong woman a faith who always loved me and guided me with words of wisdom from Gods word. She will always be in my Memories and in my heart. I love you Mama always.

My beautiful aunt, my heart really aches  to no that you're no longer with us. Even though there's no more pain and suffering, and that you're in a better place. It feels like you're just one of those that's just always supposed to be with us and never die. Your were the HEART and SOUL of the entire  Jones family. When you talked, everyone listened. You were 
the essence of a true godly woman. All of your words of  encouragement that was ever told to me as a child to an adult will forever live in me. You will be sadly missed auntie. Love you always!!

I like to put out prayers to the whole minor family but most of all uncle george. Wow aunt Susie was a amazing woman. Great wife mother and aunt. As the good memories go aunt Susie was a great inspiration in my life as a teen she has the greatest smile and personality ever. My memories as a teen mama said we going to Florida to see Uncle George and aunt Susie you shoulda seen the smile on my face I get to see my cousins as well. My teen yrs I was a true taurus didn't want to listen typical teen but mom called uncle George and aunt Susie and said you going down there cause your uncle and Aunt can get you straight. Wat I'm really trying to say I didn't get to see them much as I grew up but never stop thinking bout them. Aunt Susie had a talk with me like 4 yrs back and I took that and it carried me to this day. I like to say aunt Susie you did your job wen you was here and now it's now time to go off to the heavenly skies I'm going to miss you but I like to say prayers out to my family the minor family are hearts are sadden but aunt Susie would want us to keep it strong and that's wat we need to do. God bless you aunt Susie rest in peace and uncle George stay strong and my cousins and lil cuzs it's hard I know I just can't stop thinking bout it too. MY GRANDMOTHER WAS WAS INSPIRATIONAL PERSON GENUINE AND PLAYED A BIG PART IN MY LIFE. SHE TAUGHT ME HOW TO BE A MAN AND ALWAYS SHOWED LOVE. I APPRECIATE HER BEING A INFLUENCE IN MY LIFE I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE VALUES SHE INSTILLED IN ME GROWNING UP FROM TEENAGE TO MY ADULT YEARS. I would like to say prayers to the minor family and extending and I'm sorry for the loss of my aunt Susie minor. In younger yrs I remember coming to Miami and spending my teen yrs with Uncle George and aunt Susie. We grow old but we never forget the memories and oh boy there was good ones. As now I sit back and think of aunt Susie fixing good food and seeing the great smile on her face she was always the same whenever we visited. I as one of many nephew nieces and all that can say that aunt Susie was a big part of my life cause as a teen I was always welcome to come there whenever I wanted. But to say its going to be different that you have left but your work is done here and you did it well so now off to heaven aunt Susie and we will all meet again. So I like to say to my uncle George to stay strong and you was blessed with a beautiful wife inside and out and for all my cousins I want y'all to stay strong and I love each and everyone of you and if this anything you need I'm in VA just a phone call text Facebook or whatever we family and we stick even harder in a loss or need of a family member. Thank you Aunt Susie for letting me spend countless numbers of nights at your home as a child, even though you knew that me and Keisha "plotted" before I asked. When I became an adult, and had  child of my own, you again opened your doors to my son whenever I asked. Lastly, I will always remember the words of encouragement that you gave me after my father passed away. I love you, and I will always cherish my memories of you.
