With heartfelt sorrow, Mrs. Slotkin, 103, Sunny Isles Fl, passed away 08/11/2015. Born 1912 in Vienna. Warm-hearted, generous, brilliant. PhD in Polymer Chemistry. Forced to leave, 1938 moved to Bolivia where son Thomas was born. Moved to US in 1946. Married Martin Slotkin in 1986; happy 30+ years. Keen supporter of scientific research & education in Israel. Her passing marks the end of an era.
