Scott is survived by his wife, Miriam Maria Ramirez; son Christopher Joseph Walker; step-son Sergio Nahuel Romero Ramirez; brother "Jody" Joseph Walker and sister Dionne O'Neill (Bob); his nephew & nieces Connor, Morgan & Delany.
A memorial celebration will be held at a later (will be updated) in Delaware.
