Milagros is survived by daughter Maria Nieves; daughter Casilda Rodriguez; daughter Milagros Laguer (Ramon); daughter Madeline Rodriguez; daughter Ruth Helen Perez; (deceased) daughter Sonia Rodriguez; and (deceased) son Mario Ceaser Rodriguez; grandchildren 14, great-grandchildren 18, great great children 8, sisters 2, brothers 2 and (deceased) brothers 3.

A visitation for Milagros was held Wednesday, May 12, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels, 17250 W. Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. A graveside service occurred Thursday, May 13, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Caballero Rivero Southern, 15000 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, FL 33181. A burial will occur at Caballero Rivero Southern Memorial Park, 15000 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, Florida 33181.
