We just heard of Artie's passing. Patti and I are so sorry to hear this. Artie was my boss, my mentor, and my friend. He was the toughest guy I ever worked for. He was also fair and never expected anything he didn't do himself. He taught me so much that helped me in my career and when I opened my company. 
 You will be missed but never forgotten.

My children and I are saddened for the passing of our dear friend Arthur Barr. He was an exceptional individual; always  ready to be of assistance. The world has lost  a real mensh. Our sincere condolences to Florence  and their children and grandchildren.   May Arthur’s memory be for a blessing.

I am truly sorry to hear of Arthur’s passing. He was a true friend of the Aventura Police Department and was always giving me support and words of encouragement throughout the years that I have known him. I am truly saddened that I did not attend his funeral having just heard of his passing. 

Dear Florence and family, I was heartbroken to hear about the loss of Artie Barr.  He was a one-of -a- kind human being with a generous heart and soul.  The world has lost someone special.  I will cherish the memories that I have of the times I was privileged to enjoy his company.  Artie was an outstanding son, husband, father and grandfather.  I am very saddened and extremely sorry for your loss.
