Phyllis McNeil

She met the love of her life, Ray J. McNeil, whom she married in March 1947. Thus began an adventure that spanned more than 60 years together and took them to several states and countries. She was a member of Baring Cross Baptist Church and later attended First Baptist Church of Pangburn.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Iva Moore, her husband, and siblings, James, Charleen, David and Roe.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Sherry A. McNeil, Janis K. Stansell (Roy) and William T. McNeil (Amy); two granddaughters, several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the House of Three for their wonderful care and support in a difficult time.

Visitation will be Monday, October 15, at 1:00 p.m. and funeral services at 1:30 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills in North Little Rock. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
