He was known by “Kenney” and his classmates and life-long friends referred to him as “Clown.” Clown because he was determined to make others smile. Kenney loved sports. The St. Louis Cardinals, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Razorbacks were his favorites. Kenney loved music and had a spell-bounding voice. Kenney entertained his grandchildren and family with his original hits, such as: “Kentucky, Tennessee, “Who’s that knocking at the door?” and “Oatmeal Gravy.” His favorite singers were James Cleveland and Stevie Wonder. He also loved sketching, drawing, and writing.
He had four children by a previous marriage. On August 16, 1997, he wedded Lois Marie Farr and inherited two bonus children.
Although he is gone, there remains so much of him in all of us who knew and loved him. We loved him, but God loved him more.
