James William Reed
January 24, 1939 – December 8, 2019
IN THE CARE OF
James William Reed, age 80, of Heber Springs, passed away December 8, 2019, at his home.
He was born January 24, 1939, in Janesville, Wisconsin, to James William Reed, Sr., and Cecilia Iona Reed. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sandra J. Reed, and son John W. Reed.
Mr. Reed retired from the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by Jane Brush; son, James A. Reed and wife Karen of Jacksonville, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Reed; five grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, J.D., Nicholas and Tiffany; two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Leah; and seven sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 13, at 2:00 p.m. at The Christian Church in Heber Springs.
