Waldenburg, Arkansas to Ed and Golda Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Oveta South, and his wife Cheryl Cooper, and his previous wife for 16 years Shelly Ann Cooper. He is survived by his children James Cooper(Jody) of Lonoke, and Jeffery Cooper(Lisa) of Sherwood, Teresa Caruthers of North Little Rock, Richard Dove Sr. of Cabot. His Grandchildren Amy Smart(James) of Lonoke, Richard Dove Jr. of Cabot, and Amber Hamilton(Justin) of White Hall, and his 9 Great-Grandkids, and tons more family and friends.
He spent most of his time working on cars and trucks, and building motors.
His memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 16,2023 at 2 PM at Rest Hills Funeral Home in Sherwood, Pastor Terry Johnson will officiate.
