Edgar Winfred (Fred) Tubbs Jr., 88, passed away peacefully in Little Rock on November 1st. Fred was born in Florence, Alabama on October 21, 1935 to Edgar and Nita Tubbs. Fred proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. After his discharge from the Marine Corps, he met the love of his life, Teddy Jean Tubbs. They were married on August 19, 1961.
Fred enjoyed many years of golfing with friends. He loved reminiscing and spending time with family and friends. He was always the life of the party, bringing smiles to everyone he encountered.
Fred is survived by his wife, Teddy; son, Grant Tubbs; grandson, Adam Tubbs.
