Debbie Lynn Johnson, aged 49, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away October 19, 2015. Born on May 1, 1966 to parents Kenneth Johnson and Carolyn Hullitt Johnson, Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, sister, Stacey Johnson and uncle Tony Gonzalez. She is survived by her father and step-mother, Kenneth and Wanda Johnson, Uncle Harry Hullitt and Aunt Lou Hullitt and their family, Uncle Alvin Johnson, Aunts Beverly Johnson, Bonnie Sue Johnson and Janet Johnson and uncle, Norman Ostrom. Debbie also leaves a tight-knit group of friends, all of whom she loved and who loved her very much and will miss her always. Debbie was born prematurely, weighing a mere 1 lb., 4 oz. at birth. She was so tiny that Kenneth could hold her in one hand. From birth she was always an independent, brave, strong-willed fighter who knew what she wanted and what she did not want even at a very early age. At the age of three, Debbie had to start wearing glasses due to her premature birth, she really did not like wearing them so she broke them often to get out of having to put them on. Always a loving and caring child, Debbie grew up to become an independent, loving and caring woman who was generous with her family and friends. She was very smart and could talk with people about any subject that came up. She loved to swim and was an excellent diver, loved music of all kinds and was a talented artist who could sketch anything and painted beautifully. Debbie also was a wonderful cook, especially known for the very special Christmas cookies that she baked and decorated every holiday season and gave to her family and friends. Christmas will never be as festive without her treats. Most of all, Debbie loved her father. and loved to spend time with him. She always showed her love, care and concern for Kenneth’s well-being.
