David was the owner of Edmonds Aviation in Searcy. He was an aircraft mechanic by trade but loved to fly for fun. David shared a love for travel with his late wife, Iliana, which led him to traveling and living overseas in his young adult life. He was very passionate about aviation and the beauty of flight, which was exemplified all around him. David loved helping his friends out and spending time with his son, Jonathan, working on their airplane in his free time.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edmonds Sr. and Dorothy Edmonds; his wife, Ileana Edmonds; sister, Becky Ponce and bother, Mark Edmonds.
Survivors include his son, Jonathan Edmonds and wife, Mackenzie; brother, William “Bill” Edmonds, Jr. and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, June 9, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Rest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
