Betty (Griffin) Sherrod-Park, Msgt (Ret) USAF\ANG passed away September 25, 2017. She was born December 17, 1939, in Keo, Arkansas. Betty graduated North Little Rock High School in 1958. She retired from the Air Force after serving 25 years. She is survived by two sons, Pat Sherrod and wife Debbie of Magalia, California and Anthony Sherrod and wife Sherry of Lonoke; two grandsons, Larry and Billy Sherrod; one granddaughter, Krystal Griffis; six great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 5, at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758541, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8541.
