My dear friend Richard you left this world way too early. I'll miss your pearls of wisdom. 

Richard was such a great person! He volunteered for everything and would always talk about the other officers doing so much. He used to say he was only doing a small part compared to the other officers and I would remind him that he was such a Big part of our DEC! He never wanted any recognition for all of the hard work he did. I will always remember how shocked he was when we had a surprise going away party for him and Trissa when they moved back to South Florida. He was a great friend and will always be remembered! 

Richard was such an important part of the Citrus County DEC. We miss him and his sense of humor. Sending condolences to all his loved ones.

I’m so sorry to hear that Richard passed away. I knew him for years. He was always eager to help and he worked tirelessly.  We did Democratic canvassing together, worked on Adopt A Highway together and so many other things. I feel so fortunate to have known him. He was a great friend.  My deepest condolences.

I am so sorry to hear of Richard’s passing.  He was such an important part of so much that the Citrus County DEC accomplished over the years he was living in Citrus County.  Richard was always the first to volunteer for any and all activities, served tirelessly as our secretary and was energetic in greeting new members and guests with a smile and conversation.  He was a very good friend to me and to many others.  Yet he was also humble and respectful..  My sympathy to Trisha and to the family in the loss of a very loving man.  He was so happy to move to South Florida to be close to his sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren.  He will be remembered.
