Nelson Frederick Gold was born March 7, 1934, married September 22, 1957, died August 4, 2018 from complications from Parkinson's Disease. He is survived by Barbara Gold, loving wife; children Bruce Gold, Eileen Durrance and Norman Gold; grandchildren Justin Durrance, Brittany Durrance, Taylor Durrance and Warren Gold; sister Joan Engleman; and brother Gene Gold.
Nelson attended Northeast High School, Philadelphia, PA. He served in the United States Army and was a decorated Korean War Veteran.
Services will be held at Star of David Chapel at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL.
