I don't know if I have the correct Michael or not but I worked with Mike Weinberg in the early 1970's at Oakland Toyota run by Doc Lebow and he was a great person. I think his wife at that time was the former Susie Lebow, daughter of doc Lebow. If this is not the correct person, I am still very sorry for your loss.

I knew Michael for about 40 years. 
Just found out today he had passed.  My wife Lola and I want to send our deepest condolences!! He was my insurance man for all these years, but most of all he was my friend.  We could talk about anything!! Wish I had known.. only found out because  Forester called me to ask if I wanted to extend my wife's policy.  I Asked"where Mike?" He said" the company only gives me files when the person retires" I thought " mike wouldn't retire" so I started googling and found this page. 
So sorry to hear the news.

Words cannot express how I feel. Michael was such a wonderful caring man.I will never forget what a nice gesture he and Caren did for me on my birthday. We were both eating dinner at New York Prime and he sent over a birthday desert to me. I will never forget that. I just saw his passing on Facebook. Otherwise I would have contacted you sooner. Nothing made my brother Michael happier then making other people happy. He embraced his roles as big brother, husband father, grandfather and friend with a such natural ease because he had a giant heart and got so much pleasure from taking care of the people he loved. He also got so much love back because he was authentic, compassionate, funny and most of all…he truly cared. He was my second Dad, the rock I always came to for advice. He was so proud of Jessica, Todd and Zach and loved Caren with all his heart. My children loved uncle Michael who always showed up with love and and too many gifts! Michael touched all of us and his passing is heartbreaking. I cherish the time we spent together and the loving brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend he was. I'm very sorry to hear about his passing.  I've only come to know Mike for a short time as he ventured into his We Insure franchise, but he was a very nice man and it wasn't too long ago since him and I were just talking.  My prayers and condolences to his family and friends.

I have not seen Michael and Caren and Zachary in years but memories of our close relationship are very fresh.
I admired him in so many ways. One story about him flying  the little dog whose name I forget at great expense from CA. 
and then Michael describing  in a really funny way how the dog  disliked him. of all people.

I am deeply saddened by Michael's sudden passing.  This is hurtful and difficult to comprehend.  
Michael was a caring, very kind, considerate and benevolent person.

Michael & I were good friends through high school and college. No one was a more loyal and generous friend than Michael.

Although we had a successful relationship for many years all of a sudden some strange thing took over and we parted BUT the feeling was not erased. "I" am saddened by Michael's passing he will be remembered as to the vital person he displayed everyday to all who came into contact with him. Michael and I had so many wonderful times togethr over the years. He was one of the first people I met when I moved to Ft Lauderdale and we became close friends almost immediately. Mike was a very generous and loving person with an insatiable desire to try and master new things. It was hard not to get caught up in his enthusiam.

I am so sorry for your loss and I wish I could be there to help comfort you. Michael was a wonderful brother and was always there for me when I needed him. I remember when I cut my foot and Michael carried me into the hospital. When I bought cars from him he always "secretly" contributed money to the purchase so I could afford something special. The last time I saw him was at my son's wedding, which was inconvenient for him to come to, but family is family and he was there. Michael had a happy life, he loved his wife and children, and especially his grandchildren. He died at too young an age and I will miss spending time with him.

Very sorry for your loss. Michael was a wonderful witty , charming intelligent individual.
Always enjoyed being with him when we were teenagers in Atlanta
