Judith Helen Henry

Judith “Judy” Henry, 83, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2023, in Coconut Creek, FL. Born to William and Pauline Verber, Judy grew up in Liberty, NY and moved to Coral Springs with her husband Davidd and three children in 1974

Judy volunteered for many years for a number of organizations, serving as President of Women’s American ORT, the Coral Springs Soccer Association and Florida State Youth soccer Association and as a board member of the Founding Families of Temple Beth Orr, Coral Springs. Judy dedicated her time to the Jewish Federation of Greater Ft. Lauderdale. Judy was a Board Member of Cooperative Feeding. Judy also served as President of Volunteer Broward. In her later years, Judy continued her dedication to service by serving as the President of the Liberal Jewish Temple of Coconut Creek.

Judy is survived by her children, Todd(Cathy) Henry, Alison(Jeff) Rhoden and Karen(Jack) Gutsche, her Brother Stephen Verber and sister Ruth Bruce, grandchildren Blaine, Alec, Maddie, Zach, Cooper, Sam and Ava.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Davidd Henry.
