I’m just finding out about Dr. Solomon, I’m so very sorry for this tremendous loss to you and the entire medical community. I loved working for you and I learned so much from you and Dr. Solomon.

My condolences to Renee and family. Dr.Solomon was one of a kind. I used to tell him that he was the best OB/GYN doctor in the world and he would blush and say no. I was a high risk patient and he was on top of me with everything.  When I was admitted to the hospital he came to see me to check up on me. I am so saddened but will always have great memories of you. RIP.

         Yesterday, I became aware of the passing of Dr Solomon; he has been on my mind ever  since. 
          I met Jeff July of 1989 when I joined the medical staff at PGH as an anesthesiologist. Jeff, at that time took over the prenatal care of my wife ; she was about 6 months pregnant with our first born.  My wife and I, remember the last office visit we had with him, we joked that he needed a Publix cart to bring in the 30 plus years of office chart. 
           Over the years, we worked many times in the operating room setting, as well as on the maternity floor.  Jeff was always a patient advocate, always going the extra mile when caring for his patients.  He was humble , polite and respectful, a true gentleman of a bygone time.  
            Jeff, Rest In Peace.   Our sincerest condolences  to Renee  and family.

Dear Renee and Family,
I am devastated to learn about Dr. Solomon's passing.  He saved my life 2 times and delivered my baby daughter.  He was the most caring, brilliant, compassionate doctors I have every known.  He was one of a kind and will always be my hero for saving my life and bringing my daughter into the world.  I remember how he and Renee would post the pictures of all the babies he delivered on a bulletin board with updates and loving notes from the parents.  I used to call him my "Dr. Welby MD" as he was the only doctor I've ever known to personally call about test results and do check-ins to make sure his patients were doing okay.  He made me feel like I was family.  You made a difference in this world, Dr. Solomon, and I will be forever grateful to you.  May his memory be a blessing.

Dear Renee and family,  my deepest condolences! I just found out about Dr. Solomon today. He was a damn fine, intelligent, thorough, genuine doctor. I’m honored that he was able to take care of and deliver my beautiful baby girl on 1/7/2020, I can’t thank him enough! He will be truly and deeply missed.  😭💓

Dr. Solomon saved my miracle child and myself. He always showed much concern and warmth . I've been in the medical field for 23 yrs and have not yet met anybody like him. Not one of the many I know and work with would personally call patients and talk to them like family. He always went above and beyond . He was definitely one of a kind and will surely be missed. Rest in Peace, Dr. Solomon.

Dear Renee and family,  Dr. Solomon saved my life and then kept me going strong.  He was old school in the best ways--calling with test results, discussing them over the phone, showing care and concern,  making you feel like you mattered. For over a decade, Dr. Solomon was myself and daughter's doctor.  He delivered by first grandson which was a difficult situation.  Just found out about his passing.  He has always had a special place in my heart.  May he rest in peace, my condolences to his family

Dr. Solomon, was my doctor but it felt at times like he was a grandfather/father. I had such difficulty with my pregnancies and he did everything he could to make sure my two little ones were brought into the world safely. I was so surprised when he contacted me the evening of my discharge from the hospital with my first child “just to check on us”. He was that kind of doctor/person. He was my doctor for many years and now I am not sure what to do because he was an amazing doctor and cannot be replaced. Renee, I provided Dr. Solomon with a token to remind him of the joy that he was instrumental in bringing me, I hope it will give you strength in knowing that he will always be remembered and kept dear to my heart. My condolences to you and family, thank you Dr. Solomon and may you RIP.

I was shocked to hear about Dr Solomon. He was my Doctor for more years than I care to remember.  I loved him as a person, family man and doctor. He was the most thorough Doctor I have ever had.  He will be greatly missed!   Shirley Fraser

Dr. Solomon was my physician for over 12 years.  He not only truly saved my life, but also delivered my precious son. He always took the time for me . I have known Dr. Solomon since 1980 when I started working at Plantation General Hospital.  He was a humble, dedicated, compassionate man who treated everyone with respect and put his patients first.  Over the years we were not only colleagues but friends.  I remember him coming in to the administration department on many occasions to report any concerns or to talk about the happenings of the day.  It was an honor to work with him during our time at PGH.  My sincerest sympathies go out to Renee and his family. Rest In Peace Dr. Solomon.
