We are so sorry to learn of this tragic loss. Jason was such a good man, always bringing brightness to staff, volunteers and diners at the SVdP kitchen. He will be missed.

Sorry for your loss! Throughout middle and high school, I knew “J.R.” to be a really decent guy. He cared about people and made sure everyone was happy. I lost touch after that, but he and I did previously have a few inside jokes and wisecracks. The world just lost a great guy!

Jason and I went to the University school together. We were little guys, running around together at recess and imagining we were our favorite wrestlers. Jason came to my house so many times to watch WWF pay per views.  I'm very sad to say we lost touch, but hearing of his passing brought back a flood of memories. I'm so sorry to his friends and family for his loss. Jason was a wonderful friend, and I'm positive he grew up to be an amazing man.

Dearest Dr. and Mrs. Reiner.  Ramah and I are so saddened by what had happened to Jason (of course not nearly as sad as you are). We were wiping away tears during your speeches about Jason. We also have two sons and as Dr. Reiner may remember, our younger son also has had a lot of issues. We can empathize with you and pray that all goes well for you guys from this day forward. Dear Mr. & Mrs Reiner,
First let me say my heart goes out to you for the terrible loss of your son, Jason.
In the past three plus years that I have gotten to know Jay, I can truthfully say, I have grown very fond of him.   
He was a funny, sensitive, loving and respectful young man.  He took pride in how he looked even through challenging times.   
I will miss him terribly as will all of his friends here.
Again, I am so sorry for you loss, and I hope as I do, that you can take solace in knowing that Jay is now at peace in a better place.
